Professor's Birthday January 07 - Hobbits, Elves, The Rohirram, Gollie, and both Randolph and Gandalf the Gray, gathered in January once again at the Blue Star Cafe to raise a glass to the Professor on his 105th birthday.

Sand Sculptures June 06 - We had a fantastic turnout for the 2006 Sand Sculpture Contest at Ocean Shores, WA. Thanks to everyone's hard work and creativity, NorthWesternesse won both 2nd Place in the Novice category and The Peoples Choice Award for our sculpture of 'Bilbo in Smaug's Lair'!

Firefly-a-thon May 06 - We headed out to the Black for a Firefly-a-thon at Laura's. We enjoyed Simon's birthday cake, fruity oaty bars, strawberries, mudders milk, and a visit from Kaylee…Shiny!
